Shipping Policy

  1. All sales are final. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a supplier mistake of defective product.
  2. Purchases over 100$ will receive free shipping.
  3. Purchases can be tracked, and will arrive within 1-5 business days for standard shipping.
  4. The order can be cancelled before it is shipped. The supplier is unable to cancel the order once it has shipped.
  5. The Supplier is responsible for shipping related issues of lost, damaged, missing or wrong item(s). Customer must provide photographic proof within 72 hours of the delivery. However, if the product is lost after delivery, it is the customers responsibility. 
  6. The Supplier only ships to the USA and Canada
  7. The Supplier is not responsible if the customer provided the wrong address or information.
  8. The supplier is not responsible for customs related matter.
  9. By placing an order, the customer accepts all Supplier’s terms and policies. The Supplier reserves the right to modify any of the terms of this Agreement with notice to the customer.
  10. Please note, all orders may be delayed due to the pandemic and holiday volume of orders.
  11. International orders may be fulfilled, please email us if you reside outside of North America. You will be responsible for any custom matters in your country.
