Shipping
We only ship within CANADA due to Canadian Laws and customs.
It depends on where you are. Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. It will take 1-3 business days for your product to arrive.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Canada Post, UPS & FedEx
Product
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but at this time we dont accept returns.
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
We usually restock the product as soon as possible however some product(s) may not be back in stock due to its shortage. You can enter your info on the Out Of Stock product and it will auto send you email when back in stock.
Our team always looking to get new products everyday and every week. We are updating the site once we have a new arrivals. More often you visit, more chance to see a new product.
Order
By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account. You will also receive 5% reward points for the purchases.
You can cancel if order is not shipped yet. You need to contact us by email before daily dispatching time 12pm(EST) If order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If any item in your order is damaged upon arrival DO NOT USE THE DAMAGED ITEM OR TRY TO FIX THEM. Please email us ats budderbongs@gmail.com including1. order numberand2. SKU numberwith3. clear photos of product(close up and entire shot)within 24 hours of delivery. We can send the replacement after reviewing.
We sincerely apologize! We make every effort to personally check each parcel we ship out. If you received wrong product(s), please do not use the product(s) and Contact Us immediately by email including1. order number 2. SKU number,and3. photosso we can resolve the issue.
Yes we do accept pick up orders in person at our location at 4-302 Wellington Street East Unit, Aurora, Ontario, Canada. Budder Vapes.
Please have an ONTARIO I.D PRESENT or Passport. We will not accept out of province I.Ds
You may order for pick up any time.
Yes you do! You have to be over the age of 19. You need a Ontario issued I.D or Passport.
We will not accept digital I.Ds. We will not accept out of province I.Ds either.
Please note, if you are deemed under age. we will refund order with a 15% restocking fee.
Payment
To complete your order using e-transfer, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your online banking account.
2. Initiate a new Interac e-Transfer.
3. Enter the total order amount: [Order Total].
4. Send the e-transfer to our email address: budderbongs@gmail.com
5. Once the e-transfer is sent, please allow up to [Number] hours for payment verification.
6. As the e-transfer message, please include your full name and order number for reference.
Once we receive and verify your payment, we will process your order promptly. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Sorry to say, E-TRANSFER is only method of payment at this moment. We accept credit cards/debit for in store purchases.
